What areas do you cover?
The Edit Interiors is Based in Orange Central West NSW, however we are also currently servicing the surrounding Bathurst, Millthorpe, Blayney and Cowra regions.
What is the Minimum Hire Period?
4 weeks is the minimum hire period, this includes one week for photography and a 3 week sales campaign. Subsequent weeks can be negotiated at a reduced rate.
What is the Cost of Property Styling?
In home quotes for property styling are free!
Prices will vary depending on your property size, amount of bedrooms, living and outdoor spaces. Please contact us for a free quote.
What are your payment terms?
A 10% deposit is required by The Edit Interiors to hold your booking and the balance due one business day prior to installation.
Do you have insurance?
We have full insurance for all of our furniture and accessories for the entirety of your campaign.
Do you style properties that are still lived in?
The Edit Interiors specialises in styling empty properties, we are experienced in styling properties for sale and have an understanding of the Central West property market, current trends and your potential buyers.
This allows our team to skillfully select all furniture and styling items for a higher and quicker sale.
The Edit Interiors use quality, high calibre furniture and accessories that are kept pristine to maximise your properties aesthetic appeal.
If you are residing in the property we can provide adequate furniture covers and bags to store cushions, bedding and accessories for you to use in between inspections.
Can I use some of my own furniture?
We do offer a partial styling service which will compliment your existing decor with designer pieces from The Edit Interiors vast collection.
