With an educated background in both Fashion and Interior Design, aesthetics are extremely important to us. A beautifully styled property invokes excitement within a buyer, it’s an emotional connection. Essentially we are selling the buyer the aspiration of what they want their life to look like.
The Edit is highly skilled in design and creative flair and demonstrated this in 2014 by taking out an Australia wide Interior Design & Decorating competition orchestrated by The Living Room on Network 10. Styling properties for sale is our forte, and when you engage The Edit Interiors you are engaging a high quality stylist who is knowledgeable and experienced in the Central West Market.
At The Edit we take pride in the work we do and hold ourselves accountable to the quality we deliver. We know how to bring out a properties full potential and in turn, increase your desired selling price.
Appointment We will arrange to meet at your property to discuss with you and/or your agent what will be required. During this time our focus is to understand the style and layout that will best compliment your home.
We will also discuss an estimate in price, and a mutually convenient date to complete the install. This will be based on your deadlines to have your property prepared, and our availability. We like to install the day prior to photography and at least one week’s notice is required for our team to orchestrate bookings for delivery and preparing inventory.
Proposal Within 24 hours of our appointment we will prepare and email to you your proposal. Your personalised proposal will include an itemised invoice, and a confirmed installation date. Your proposal will then need to be signed and can either be dropped into your specified Agent or can be printed, signed and scanned then emailed directly back to us.
Booking On accepting our proposal, your installation date will be confirmed and a 10% deposit is required to hold your booking, with the balance of the invoice due one business day prior installation.
Install During the install we require full access to your home without interruptions. This is to ensure our stylist, delivery and operations team are in and out of your property in the allocated time frame. The installation process takes between a few hours to a full day depending on the size and the needs for the property.
Removal On the sale of your property, or the contract expiry we will be in touch to arrange the removal. Extensions can be negotiated at a reduced rate if required.
